Hike, fish, explore, mountain bike, or just relax.
Walk, bike or drive down 3 miles for lunch or an early dinner. Rent a paddleboard or canoe on Piney Lake or fly fish the Piney River. (Open July, August and September)
The town of Vail is a 12 mile, 35 minute drive for those wanting a taste of town
Fall
Hike, fish, explore, mountain bike, or just relax.
Elk,deer and moose abound on the 100-acre property and in the thousand of acres in the adjoining wilderness.
Hunting is in Colorado Game Unit #36
Winter
Cross country ski, snow shoe, or snowmobile on over 50 miles of groomed trails
Our snow cat keeps the access road groomed down to the forest service road which is also groomed
Sit by the glass front wood stove and cheer the snow outside
